With NSTL since 1998, Jerry shares overall management responsibility with Mr. Holder. His primary focus is the development of new service offerings, cultivating key client relationships and providing overall direction for the company. Further, Jerry plays a key role in international NSTL efforts to grow its mobile testing services.  He has played a key role in developing NSTL’s vision and implementing its strategy in mobile testing and continues to focus on growing and expanding that service offering.

Before joining NSTL, Jerry managed corporate development activities for Advanta Corp., one of the largest consumer financial services companies in the United States. During this time, he focused on strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and new business initiatives.

Prior to Advanta, he was a senior consultant at Coopers & Lybrand, where he advised client senior management on a wide range of financial, operational and strategic issues. Specific areas of focus included corporate and dispute resolutions such as bankruptcy and litigation.
