About Digital Living Hardware Certification
Sponsors of certification programs, such as Microsoft, the Wi-Fi Alliance® and others, are interested in promoting their product or technical standard. Sponsors also want to be assured of consistent interoperability with their product or technical standard. To do so, leading sponsors typically license a logo or other mark to developers whose applications successfully meet their program’s criteria.
