QUALCOMM TRUE BREW® Login | Register
NSTL is the only authorized testing organization for the QUALCOMM TRUE BREW platform. The TRUE BREW designation is required before an application can be introduced onto many operator networks or downloaded onto any BREW-enabled device.
Java Verified™ Login | Register
NSTL is an authorized global testing facility for the Java Verified program. An open, industry-driven effort, Java Verified utilizes the testing framework developed by the Unified Testing Initiative™ (UTI) launched by Motorola, Nokia, Siemens, Sony Ericsson, and Sun Microsystems.
Symbian™ Signed Login | Register
NSTL is an official testing facility for the Symbian Signed certification program. Symbian Signed was developed to promote best practices in designing applications to run on Symbian OS mobile devices. Applications that have gone through the Symbian Signed process follow industry standards and support network operator requirements for signed applications.
Microsoft® Mobile Devices Login | Register
NSTL is the only authorized global testing lab for the Microsoft® Windows® Mobile hardware device testing program. The Designed for Windows Mobile™ logo assures end users that your H/PC, P/PC, and SmartPhone tested devices function properly with the Windows Mobile operating system.
Microsoft® Mobile2Market Applications Login | Register
NSTL is the authorized global testing lab for the Microsoft® Mobile2Market application testing program. Application developers should submit applications to the M2M testing program. Products meeting all requirements will be able to display the Windows Mobile logo on packaging and developers can earn partner points.
Microsoft® PlaysForSure Login | Register
NSTL is the authorized independent test lab (ITL) for the PlaysForSure Logo Test
Kit (LTK) for Portable Devices, Network Devices and Services. The PlaysForSure
logo is for portable media players, Windows® Mobile-based devices, car stereos,
digital media receivers, DVD players, home theater systems, gaming consoles, and
other media devices (and it is also available for music, movie, video, and
spoken-word online service stores). NSTL works closely with Microsoft to verify
your submission test results meet the program requirements using the
PlaysForSure Devices Test Kit. You must sign all the appropriate Microsoft
license agreements prior to device submission.

NSTL is the authorized testing facility for the Motorola Application
Testing program. NSTL is proud to be working with Motorola to get quality
applications for the Motorola Q and other devices to market.

Vodafone™ Certification Login | Register
NSTL is the testing provider for Vodafone Certification testing. Platforms supported under the Vodafone Certification program include Java, Symbian and Windows Mobile. Applications are tested against all three industry standard test criteria as well as Vodafone specific test requirements.
Orange™ Partner Login | Register
NSTL is an official testing provider for the Orange Partner program. This program provides Java Verified, Mobile2Market, Palm Powered Mobile World, and Symbian Signed certification – all tested on Orange handsets.
Virgin Mobile® USA Login
NSTL is the official independent testing provider for Virgin Mobile’s application certification program. The program is a testing and evaluation process for third party applications that run on handsets sold by Virgin Mobile. Applications are measured against a set of development standards jointly established by Virgin Mobile and NSTL.
