Performance Testing
Performance testing is generally used to provide data for the comparison of competing products. The most well known aspect of performance testing involves the measurement of the speed of the product. Our performance testing also extends to the quality of the product, including reliability and output quality.

Compatibility Testing
Compatibility testing helps determine whether a product will function correctly with other hardware and software in the intended environment. We’ll work with you to develop a test matrix that reflects the hardware and software combinations to be tested. Once the test matrix is developed, all major functions of the product are exercised on each configuration.

Functionality Testing
Functionality testing (bug or acceptance testing), is characterized by a methodical and thorough examination of a product’s functions in an attempt to create any possible errors or inconsistencies. Examples of products that we have expertise in testing for functionality include software applications, BIOS’s, multimedia applications, card-based security systems and websites.

Usability Testing
Usability testing involves identifying and understanding any issues or problems that an end user may have in working with a product. Depending on the nature of the product, this may involve our test engineers analyzing a product or it may involve assembling a focus group of users with varying experience to conduct real world testing scenarios.
